Dr. Yaman Mahairi

DDS

Dr. Yaman Mahairi, DDS is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. He is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered dental care and takes pride in creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. Dr. Mahairi has a strong interest and experience in restorative dentistry, comprehensive examinations and treatment planning, endodontic (root canal) therapy, and dental extractions.

He is also continuing to expand his clinical skills through advanced education in implant dentistry, with plans to incorporate implant treatment into his clinical practice in the near future. Dr. Mahairi is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and the AEGD dental community. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, staying active at the gym, spending quality time with family and friends, playing video games, and watching his favorite shows.

Dr. Mahairi looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and providing high-quality, compassionate care while continuing to grow and advance his skills as a dentist.

Dr. Dania Shami

DDS

Dr. Dania Shami, DDS, is a compassionate and well-rounded dentist who is passionate about helping her patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. A graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Dr. Shami is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality dental care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals.

She believes dentistry is about more than just treating teeth—it is about building trusting relationships, creating positive experiences, and helping each patient achieve a healthy, beautiful smile they can be proud of. Known for her hardworking nature and genuine passion for patient care, Dr. Shami strives to make every visit a comfortable and positive experience while delivering the quality care her patients deserve.

Dr. Zayd Mahairi

DMD

Zayd Mahairi, DMD is a 2024 graduate from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. After doing multiple procedure types under the scope of general dentistry for two years, Dr. Zayd’s heavy focus is on extractions and surgery, and is currently completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee to pursue his passion and apply for residency.

He believes that dental care should be a right, not a privilege, for everyone. He is a big advocate for prevention to avoid future dental issues, but also understands that many people undergo stressful events in their lives, and will be there at any phase a patient is going through. Dr. Zayd speaks both English and Arabic, and is in the process of learning Spanish.

He is also a member of several organizations, some of which include the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, and Syrian American Medical Society. Outside surgeries and his studies, Dr. Zayd loves to spend time with his family, travel with his siblings, and try out different food and coffee shops around the Chicago and Milwaukee areas.
